This is the first drone i have ever flown. Small and compact which makes it ideal for explorers and photography. Video and photo quality are very good, though elevation control of the camera is a bit jerky.

Ease of use (after the tutorial video) is perfect for me. I am a beginner and this is my first drone. Very fast startup and operate for any age.
Cons
Up is up, down is down, right turns the drone clockwise, left turns it counter-clockwise. It wouldn't hover within a 5ft radius for more than a few seconds.
The interface in the app lists only social media apps. Was unable to locate it.
Before the snyc is complete, the drone shuts itself off. Do not buy from this company, they are terrible and clueless.
Not so smooth. The app is another cause for exasperation. Pretty disappointed. Epic fail hs.
It is far from automatic, with many more parts to the sync up than expected. The app has issues. Worked for one full battery today.

They responded in a very prompt way and helped me locate the rid sn
I got my permit my certificate and faa permission to fly in the park for one hour
Haven’t flown it yet but the customer service is the reason i’m giving 5 stars
Packaging/appearance
The unit is well packed in its carrying case and all parts fit well
I unpacked it from the packaging and i was flying it in minutes
Wish it came with a gimbal but other than that the video look great 😊
Competitiveness
There are obviously more advanced drones on the market but this product is a great value
Im already looking at other holystone drones that have even more features that will take videos to the next level

Clear pictures app works well except for a few times where it disconnects but that has to do with internet connection

What i loved about the hs720 was one its huge and has quite a bit of weight so its not gonna drift away from you as it hovers
