My rack came without mounting instructions which was probably just an oversight so i had to jump online to the hollywood website to learn how to mount it

The only downside to this rack is that the straps that the rack comes with are extremely long and once the bikes are strapped there isnt a good strap management system built into the rack

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

We already had a fine hitchrider trailer hitch mounted rack for our long wheelbase recumbent bicycle but it blocks the trunk when in use and is too heavy for my spouse to lift it into place

My one other suggestion would be to allow a way to move the support for a second bike inward to instead better support a single bike for those of us only planning to carry one bike at a time

Any time a gadget is made with a bunch of straps and tubing i expect bad things

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Not so for this bike rack

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Because of the extra width it gives the stability needed to carry a longer bike like this

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

It would also be good for many heavier bikes but beware some bike frames may not fit this rack well due to its extra width
