The inside is the softest flat fleece and the outside is knit. It works like an old-fashioned *. The fabric is comfortable but also feels durable.
Quality of the workmanship is very good. All the zippers and stitching are high quality. I love that the front pocket is a kangaroo pocket that zips on both sides.
