Going past 50 volume will also result in people being able to hear your music at 50 someone else can hear it slightly and at 100 they’ll be able to hear it clearly

The headphones don’t interfere much when you’re in the gym or during jogging so long as you put in the correct sized ear tips otherwise the fit will be a bit loose

Also i personally recommend not using the cord managing clip since it made it feel like the headphones were coming out whenever i turned or ran
