I often times leave a treatment or conditioner in my hair overnight with a plastic cap and i have to sleep on a towel to protect the pillow because of the wetness of my hair however with this caphat i no longer have to do that because it absorbs the water
As with many women i apply my makeup and lotion before dealing with my hair so using the caphat allows me to do whatever i need to before dealing with my hair without the worry of a traditional towel constantly falling off
