Pros
When folded out into position it is nice and sturdy. The silicone pads make it very secure and safe from harm. It folds up so compactly making it very portable.
The padding is great and my guitar sits on it perfectly and securely. It makes it easy to just grab a guitar and jam. Otherwise it's great for a portable guitar stand.
The guild d50 is a 1980s solidly built guitar that was made in westerley, rhode island. I love the sturdiness that supports my acoustic dreadnought without any difficulty. I have a ovation mid deep bowl acoustic and it supports it well.
Cons
Stand is not high enough above the ground to keep the amp cable plugged into guitar. I have a guild dreadnought; and while the guitar fits onto the stand, it sticks when i try to lift it back out. This is a flimsy stand best for travel and not suitabl... Read More
Trashed the product the 1st day. The hassle of finding a box to return this thing is not worth the $13. One positive is that it folds up so that it does not take up as much space in the trash can.
Great concept, very poor execution. It's not reliable and it has damaged an instrument that is a work of art. Save your guitar.
