Frosted glass encompasses the entire bulb which looks much better than those having white bases extending 1/3 of the way up. Warm light illuminates the glass of the shades perfectly.
Bright 25 watt bulbs. Great for chandelier lights and small bedside lamp.
Cons
Four of the six bulbs i purchased were duds. They only dim to about 50% and randomly flicker when dimmed. The filament looking leds are too bright at the bulb and distracting.
