Pros

Use this along with coir to start my seeds. Better for starting seeds than straight potting mix. A nice lightweight blend with few sticks and almost no clumps.

Cons

All seedlings sprouted but failed to flourish and ended up dying. Doesn't absorb water, molds easily, and is full of * gnats.

Theres no chunks of bark or vermiculite in the mix it smells loamy im so pleased with the quality

Personally in the future ill go with the espoma to get the fungi and bacteria

No large chunks were in the mix and i had 90 germination

I had to pick out all the big chunks of wood and stems

This is the second of two great seed starting mixes espoma was the other that i purchased on amazon
