Have used this for my mom for years and eases her pain very well. It kinda heats up the area you apply it to, almost like a heat pad. Use for headaches, muscle tightness.
Cons
I wish i knew that this was the canadian formulation. Unfortunately with this canadian formulation, peppermint oil has been added. Not effective as promised.

Only precautions i would say avoid applying this anywhere close to the eyes as your eyes will water quite intensely
