Love this milled flaxseed. I mix the flax in a variety of foods and it tastes better.
Apple and cinnamon oatmeal. Use with oat bran for smoothies every day. I sprinkle this on my dry cereal, add walnuts and slivered almonds and milk, and this is my breakfast.
Great way to get your omega 3's. Not a miracle cure, but my my doc bothers me only every so often to get on cholesterol-lowering drugs.
The flavor is great and i put it on several foods. It has a lovely nutty taste which is not overpowering at all. It is delicious and soooo good for me! I find it flavorful and keeps me on schedule.

Flax and chia whole seeds do not give you the benefitit needs to be ground to get the omega 3 benefit

Out of those 36 individual packages only 2 had a working resealable ziplock thing

For many of the others the glue was so strong that opening the package ripped the resealable part right off
