Love this milled flaxseed. I mix the flax in a variety of foods and it tastes better.
Add this stuff to my quaker apple and cinnamon oatmeal each morning. Keep in the freezer until ready for use, each bag is sealed inside.
It's really good for the tummy! It's also great if you don't drink a lot of liquids (like me) and get constipated on a regular basis. It is delicious and soooo good for me!
Been subscribed to this item for a while. It's nice to know that this product is available at amazon.
Omega 3 is a great way to get your omega 3's. It's not a miracle cure, but my my doc bothers me only every so often to get on cholesterol-lowering drugs.
Cons
For eating in hot cereal, trader joe's brand is much better.

I like the flavor very nutty and prefer the milled although it can get powdery at times because the whole seeds always get caught in my teeth

The bread is made from half whole wheat and half white flour plus the flax seeds

Out of those 36 individual packages only 2 had a working resealable ziplock thing

For many of the others the glue was so strong that opening the package ripped the resealable part right off
