Pros

Box has recipe for 1# loaf. Making loaf number 4 of second batch, tried adding in some new fresh yeast. Good flavor with nice size loaf. Oster light crust setting.

This bread is fantastic, both in taste and texture. This is a dense, a bit chewy bread and i love it. Sliced thin, this makes great sandwiches.

Fresh bread like right out of the bakery. White bread is good but the 9 grain is amazing! Arrives fresh. Even the leftover buns are good enough to eat plain. Wholesome white bread rolls.

Cons

Not a loaf of bread worth eating, so i ground it p for use as expensive bread crumb. Contains more more wheat flour, and malted barley flour than whole grain rye flour. Doesn't rise well and stays very small loaf.
