Pros

Bromide is usually added to processed flours today & it's rather difficult to find flours without it. I bake bread using a machine and this flour gives excellent results every time.

I'm a newbie at this, but was pleasantly surprised at how nicely the loaf turned out. It works great, helping give good loaves that aren't chewy.

Great product for making buckwheat galettes/crêpes/pancakes. Tasty in waffles, pancakes and quick bread. The taste is what i expected; i like using buckwheat so that was not a surprise. Makes fantastic pancakes.

This is one of the very few i've found & i'm glad to have it. Price is good and i like delivery. Its on my monthly subscription. Second time around for ordering this.

Cons

Buyer beware, these are small bags of bread flour. I am sure the product is great but it was not acceptable.

Competitiveness

I like hodgson mills flour better than the competition

It seems to be milled finer than some of the other brands

I love the taste of my bread using these but i suggest for bakers to buy a 50lbs sack of flour if you want to bake more less cheaper

Small company like this cant compete with established brands network anyway
