The parts for these mixers are made somewhere else apparently and they are only assembled here

Because the speed is changed by a transmission the motor and fan are always running at the most efficient speed for power and cooling

This is different from a kitchenaid which uses a speed control board that changes the speed of the motor and fan which directly drives the mixer through a single set of gears

Replacing the stripped out gear in my kitchen aid is too much of a chore to do on a regular basis and the ka will not handle bread dough at least not my bread dough
