I would definitely not recommend this insole for a difficult job but for something less strenuous it definitely would work

The benefit of buying these is that i wash them in the washer every other week and they still are intact and not falling apart

I thought they sent wrong size actually you can cut what size you like it has mark at the back

Some of the reviews had me a bit worried but i didnt experience the negatives mentioned theyre not exactly what id call plush but theyre not hard the liner isnt peeling off i wear thick soft bamboo socks with these shoes maybe it would be different for people who dont wear socks

After i started by putting the heel in place and then rolling the rest into the shoe it went smoothly so im guessing thats what the instructions advise

Trying to go toefirst would probably only work with sandals or ballet shoes
