Pros
I use these to hold my sable blow up pool cover on and it works great. Bought to hold cover on tent trailer. Like the clips on the cord. Feel better knowing they are clipped in rather than just hooked.
Cons
The bungee cords are okay, but the carbine clips are junk. The hinge pin on the spring loaded leg is very weak/loose. The wrapped portion of the chord is nothing like what’s advertised.

I live in earthquake country and was looking for something to help keep books and such at least semisecure in the event of a medium or larger temblor so they dont all come crashing down

Advice for buyers remember to select a cord possibly as much as a foot shorter than the span you are trying to strap in you want the cord to be taut not slack when extended

The 6 cord i purchased had almost 2 of stretchif i could change one thing it would be for the seller to offer multiple size options in the multipks of 2 or 4 cords

You may not be sure what length youll need the ideal length might be between two sizes for instance maybe a 4 would have done the job for my usage but not knowing the stretch factor i picked the 6 trusting there would be at least 1 of stretch flex for the span in question
