Other seat covers i have used were elasticated around the seat squab like a fitted sheet as well as having corner straps to fix to the car but these essentially have plain front and side flaps which its difficult to secure

In my case i actually wanted a certain amount of slipperiness to help my wheelchairbound mother to slide into the car seat but these covers cannot be fitted securely enough not to slide off the seat whilst she is getting into the car
