Pros
The old oregon rm988pu (unfortunately no longer available) is still good. Bought to replace a faulty item (different supplier). Great product only one minor irritation.
Having the reassurance of batteries inside if there's a powercut. Pick up signal very quickly, but i only live about 20 miles from rugby where the signal comes from.
Cons
It's not a expensive clock, but it's a bit disappointing that it only lasted for 6 months, and absolutely no after support. Seller makes a big deal of advertising day date etc function as good for dementia, alzheimer’s etc. It was sent back.

Relatively easy to setnot had it long but so far very satisfied with it
Projected image is also very clear when adjusted with the focus knob and having the room temperature showing as well is handy to know

This was bought for my husband and he is very pleased with it although the time on the clock itself is not too clear without pressing the light wich he cant do as it is away from the bed the projection is so clear on the ceiling you can tell the time wherever you are in the room

Had to replace another radio controlled clock with projected light that developed a fault this clock is so much better wish i’d bought it in the first place

Only thing it doesnt do that i would like is the projected image cant be turned from the direction of the base unit i have to turn the clock sideways to get the projected image in the position i need itin day light im unable to see the clock as it is positioned sideways
