The only real problem i had was the 14 collet after a couple months it just wouldnt hold onto the cutters any longer and they would work their way out

Updatethis router lasted about 200 hours of operation on my cnc machine though probably would have gone longer with better maintenance

I ended up letting the brushes wear too far which let the springs dig into the armature contacts

But one of plastic parts with brand name became unstuck after a few uses so it got 4 starsbecause of that

It had become deafeningly loud

When you turn on the router the torque will unscrew it except the design of the groves in the motor wont let it unscrew all the way and fall out

You actually have to lift it up slightly to get it to completely unscrew
