Just delivery issue they delivered it with only one person and he dragged ac in a way it is not recommended

The product is good and ill say value for money but the delivery was not that great as there was copper pipe and connecting wire missing from the packaging but thanks to amazon customer service as they told me to purchase them from market and they will reimburse the amount which they actually did and was super fast as within 10mins i got my reimbursement in my amazon pay
