Pros

The item itself is priceless! Great for the money. The sound quality is amazing and it's extremely easy to use. The ease of us is great.

Other than the handheld microphone, everything else was included as advertised. It is what i needed for the prayer group i belong to. The unit was easy to install; all components seem to work perfectly; it is portable and very user friendly.

Cons

I know others who have used this exact system with success, looks like i just received a dud. Have not been able to work correctly yet. Tried other mins. That tells me there are cheap * components being used.
