Competitiveness
I found the tightening knob on the rod tends to wiggle loose after 510 minutes and starts to make thunking noises

No matter how hard i tighten it they want to twist eventually leading to the machine losing its balance and falling over or requiring adjustment

They diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me the link to purchase a replacement and actually a remote control upgrade controller

No wayyy its really true and being a couple me and my bf live with roommates 4 total and especially with corona virus covid 19 well alot of alone time now being spent indoors now so was easy s very huge concern on how loud it is and tested at 3 am full speed door closed walked away maybe 2 feet from door barely even notice and if used at you know normal ppl speed where 90 would here nothing and at top speed just sounded like some one in room rustling for paper or sorting thru paper work
