I had some troubles initially because the firmware this tv ships with isnt the latest version so you need to download the firmware update from the hisense web site to make sure that the hdmi 2 ports work for the 4k content i was plugging in the fire tv into the the hdmi 2 ports and fire tv wasnt working but after the firmware update fire tv worked fine

You may also want to go to avforums where there will be some links to the best tv settings the default settings arent that good

The apps are pretty limited youtube only supports 720 there no amazon app no demand 5 no itv hub no 4od

You can get bbc iplayer by downloading the update from their download centre
