Pros

Handles the heat well. Has nice features including handles, grease channel, and flat as well as grill mark sides. Heat distribution is good and it heats up very quickly to more than 350 degrees on high.

The only thing i would caution is that this claims to be pretreated, but that was not the case and caused me a little grief cleaning it first time. Would not hesitate to buy it again and would highly recommend it.
