Pros
She trusts the reader enough to expose moral flaws and dilemmas in her characters. When she makes a world from scratch it is real.
Cons
In novik's books it wears thin long before she is done beating it. Unfortunately, the rest of the players, including the human protagonist, are boring. I am about to become frustrated with them as well.

The history is well done but with the added bonus of dragons

Overall i cant recommend this series enough and these three books came in beautiful packaging great covers in good time
