I saw another reviewer comment that she used laundry line i purchased mine from ace its like thin rope costs about 5

Keep in mind when i started binding there was a 6 inch gap between the binder and the center flapit was a little uncomfortablebut by 8 weeks pp the lace eyeholes were only maybe an inch away from each other

Also the line stretches and can break mine broke twice but i just relaced it with new line i still have some left

I made it easy on myself by using the rope… i was able to use as much rope as needed laced the slimmer properly and tied a knot at the end of each rope so it wouldnt unlace
