    Best uses banded barbell hip thrusts barbell squats goblet squats and side laying clam shells romanian deadlift traditional barbell deadliftwhy the high resistance will train you to keep your knees out during big lifts this band is also especially helpful for building the side of the glutes during a squat which is generally not a glute focused exercisenot the best use lunges banded kick backs banded lateral leg raiseswhy the fabric only allows so much stretch so it limits the range of motionif i had not ordered the large i would have returned it

    I used regular resistance bands and even the black one the highest resistance doesnt do what this band does

    The tag that is sewed on though does get in the way i had to cut it off in order to have the band stretch to its full extend

    Me thinking im the she hulk got the high resistance though the chart clearly told me to get the medium resistance lol
