You simply fill the jar with distilled water and let it sit overnight. This helps my hydration after a night's sleep and also helps me to retain water.

    Just keep adding more distilled water to it as you use it because once the water is saturated with salt it does not continue to saturate further

    I would rinse off the sale prior to filling the jar with water

    It is salty tasting even a teaspoon full in a full glass of water

    The only problem is the salt crusts up around the outside of the lid and gets everywhere

    You can scrape it off every day or two but its just messy
