Pros
It gives me around 12 hours of relief and i only have to use my nasal spray once or twice. If anything i under scoop a little. Find a focal point to stare at or close your eyes.

I like this neti pot as it is easy to use and good quality
If i hadnt broken mine it was a quality ceramic pot and i would recommend it completely
This wasnt the fault of the product
Packaging/appearance
Only problem is that when its full and you want to stir it to dissolve the salt the water leaks out of the spout
