Pros

Used it in a rice cooker and cooked up great. It was not overcooked and tasted delicious with chicken. I cook a lot, especially curries, so the rice needs to be on par.

This rice is aromatic and flavorful. It is very tasteful.

This rice is fragrant and fluffy. The rice is pretty fragrant when cooked and i like the re-sealable bag it comes with.

Cons

Be forewarned; it's not pretty. Himalayan chef lists 1054 mg of salt per serving. There was no great basmati flavor.

I still cant figure out why this was so cheap compared to comparable bags from different brands but it tastes just as good
