Pros
Himalayan salt is like jumping into the ocean to clear your sinus. Contains no anti-caking agents and is a very fine grind. There is much less waste as only the bag it came in versus hundreds of tiny packets to throw away.

I tried using mortons kosher noniodine table salt and it was not as effective

Then i tried using mortons sea salt and that actually seemed to inflame my nasal passages
