The trundle rolls easily out and is not attached to the daybed so roll straight back in

If you’re not a pro and you follow the instruction it’s hard to assemble

However you can see from the image that there’s no covering for the bolt holes the result is a bed that looks unfinished

I’m disappointed that there aren’t inserts for the holes where the bed comes together

To note directions say you only need handheld phillips and flat head screwdriver but without a drill youll be at it forever id imagine
