Within a day these screws are starting to fail due to low strength

My theory is that installation using an impactslip clutch driver was too much for the screws

It cant be an issue of simple over tightening because the hollow plastic would have broken id think

I wasnt sure if they were electro galvanized or hot dipped but based on the dull grey color believe they are hot dipped

Unfortunately on every screw the driver bit gets wedgedstuck in the screw causing me to have to yank the driver off the screw head
