The pin headers were mounted at an angle creating misalignment with the arduino uno board. They are not able to have other shields stacked on top. It’s missing the scl and sda pins!

    On the digitalpwm side the ad4sda and ad5scl pins are missing and on the power block its missing the ioref and an extra unused pin

    It has holes to fit the prongs in a standardplastic case if one of the holes is enlarged a little bit and one of the prongs is cut down
