The remote reciever is on the right end of the device so if the right side of your mounting location is a wall the remote control essentially only works if you are directly in front of it

I would have loved for the product to have done what i wanted it to do but the company stood behind their product made sure i could return it for a full refund and treated me as if i was their best customer
