This bullet surveillance camera have really high resolution 3840 x 2160 pixelsand has excellent night vision i did get a color box and the firmware is upgradeable from hik website，best pictures i have ever had on any system 1st i have over 30 network cameras working ok so tried loading cd install disk nope resource errors win 8
