Pros
These have very good adhesiveness. The adhesive is a tad less strong, but still worth buying.
The sticky part is reliable and doesn't curl at the corners when you remove a note from the pad. The notes stick to smooth curved glass and stays stuck just fine. Black, blue, red, any other color pops well on this sticky note.
Cons
The pads are not flat. They are cheaply made without much sticky glue. There are surely other options and odor-free adhesives available.

I love these better than the known name brand because you can write on them better
I always buy this brand because it is so much more affordable than the 34other34 brand and they work just as well
The color yellow is more pale than the main name brand so it is easier on the eyes
I have enjoyed highland brand of sticky notes even more than postit notes
