Having bought 2 boxes the contents were slightly different in each box so if you are looking for specific products rather than just gels in general dont assume you will get exactly what is in the picture

I also bought the road cycle pack which has a 5 hour nutrition plan and used that with great success

I used them for the first time when running a hilly 10 km and took a gel before the race start at the 5km point and at the 9km point
