Pros
Light weight, easy to hold & carries enough water to help you through a 5k with mouthfuls to spare. The lid is tough to pull up with your teeth but do-able. Cleaning is also without trouble because of the large spout.
Will purchase this again. Highly recommend. It's definitely worth the investment!
Cons
The nozzle/valve is very, very stiff - it gets stuck down and stiffer with use. After three months of using it, the spout is still very stiff to pull open. It now also leaks.
I am sad to say that this bottle was disappointing. Returned for a refund. Yours sincerely,a very annoyed customer.

The flow is fairly slow but if you want it faster you can squeeze the bottle as its got a bit of flexibility in it

I wanted something easy to carry not a round bottle this is very easy to carry probably also for people with smaller hands than me too as the the handle part is quite slim

I wanted 200300 ml not a full half litre or 750ml thats too much to carry i just wanted something to deliver a few sips every now and again as running in summer can give a dry throat

Its quite hard to push the top button up to take a drink i do what other reviews suggested and leave it half way up while running
