Pros
Don't look back and start regretting that you did not do something sooner. Shipped fast and was up and running quickly. Highly recommend this seller. Well priced.
Saves water, reduces plastic rubbish, and a pleasure to use. Shower head is compact, produces excellent shower stream and has a nice look.
The pressure and spray is so good for such an efficient shower head. I already has a low water shower head and the wand, but the old shower head needed replacing. Gpm shower head is great.
Cons
If this feels like standing under a waterfall to you, you need to find better waterfalls! Shoulders are kinda mid, but ok. Sloppy spray, not mist. Leaks from the swivel head when not it a straight line.
It is very disappointing to have a product fail right out of the box. Probably >2 gpm instead of 1.

Called plumbers three times and paid oh a bit too much to find out that the original and rainfall heads just simply collect water and you will get weird drips when you least want them
