Bought this for my son. Had it 6 mths. No issues. The most important feature for me at their age is durability. It has a warranty.

Cons

Will never buy this brand of backpack again. Would not recommend as a laptop backpack. I think this backpack would be great if one of the straps wasn't ripping already.

The bottom of this back pack is completely torn. The area along your back looks padded in the photos but if it is padded, is minimal padding. There are no more protection on the bottom like there was one in the older version.
