Tofu is wonderful in soups, salads (hydrate first) and dishes (sukiyaki) the dried tofu soaks up the liquid in which you immerse it. My 6 year old grandson loves this in soup!

Great to have dried tofu available when someone says they wish they had miso soup but there’s no tofu in the refrigerator

It has a similar texture to 34i froze this in my freezer34 extrafirm tofu so im guessing theres something about the freezing process wet or dry that causes the tofu to restructure itself to be more stable
