You literally just screw it in

It arrives with a screen filter partially loose in the flow pipe so it was a simple flick with the point of a scissor to remove it and the flow restrictor

Then i replaced the filter screen and screwed the head onto the shower pipe

It came with a rubber filter circle piece and a water saver piece which i did not use

It did change my shower experience but if you have low water pressure nothing really is a magic fix
