Pros
Overall, they are wonderful, they're simple, and they're sturdy. I would buy more in a heartbeat. Will be ordering more.
These shelves are a life saver so much better than trying to drill holes put in anchors make sure the holes are lined up. I live in a college apartment that does not allow us to drill into the walls. Put these in my bathroom over the toilet.
Very easy to install and is sturdy. Only complaint is that the pins are slightly curved to help it grip. If you plan to hang one up high, you need to be at the right level to push your weight into the hanger.
It's a good value for the price, i definitely recommend it. Good and sturdy, just done exceed the weight limit. Well built and of good quality.

If the reviews are real then their drywall isn't. The setup instructions need to be clearer.

Other complaint was the adhesive on the guide hanger thing was not sticking to the wall very well and i used painters tape to hold it in place

When you line up the shelf to the fasteners against the wall you lift it up and over the them press down and hear them clip together you understand how they say itll hold 15 lbs because i had to press down firmly and were very solid

So and i drilled 18 inch pilot holes in the plaster at the 4 locations on the tape
