Pros
This book is a life changer. Memory running from an angry sibling over his comic books. I'm glad the kindle version(to read on pc) is now available.
Tons of workouts and they kick *! If you hate the traditional gym workout, then this is what you are looking for! Best part is that you could do these workouts literally anywhere.
There's only a few of them, so it would have been nice if the intents with the designs were clearer or if there were more variations. Very understandable and easy to follow. Very visually appealing.
Cons
The book contains barely anything about the meat of hiit. There's so much info about foam rollers that i wondered if the author owned a company that manufactured them.
Much of the content is image based with tiny writing that can't be enlarged. This book is an instruction manual and no more and reads quite bad on a kindle device too.
It's pointless doing any kind of yoga poses before a hiit workout. Things only go downhill from there.

It has a section of pre and post workout stretches it has an introductory hiit routines and a hardcore hiit routine sections
If you are into hiit workouts this book is great

The instructional portion separates the exercises into sections based on typearea of the body but i would have appreciated them also being in alphabetical order instead of having to refer to the index to locate the page each is on

Another better option would have been to reference the page numbers for each exercise throughout the routines
