Pros

Blue color distinguishes my roller from all the black ones in a class setting. Long ones open the muscles and fascia. This helps with cellulite if you roll out diligently!

The spine develops it's own misshape as you age. With a lot of help from my instructor. Was a great addition to my yoga, dance, and acting equipment.

High quality with no flaking or gouges after heavy usage. Seems like it will retain its shape over time.

Cons

Mine is in the garbage can. Wasted money. Hurts to use.
