Second purchase of these (blackcurrant flavour) purchased on a deal, a good price for the quantity. The taste is nice and i prefer this to the other flavours.

These are great and really help me keep hydrated and replenish minerals when working out
Gets the blood flowing and makes you feel energised throughout the day only thing is it leaves residue at the bottom of the glass
The flavour isnt very strong but its palletable nice little tabs to spice up a glass of water when youre dehydrated

Happy with these and at a fair price
Head down there now and grab yourselves a bargain
Purchased on a deal a good price for the quantity
A little pricy but i don’t know how much of that is amazon’ “dynamic pricing”

I dont know how effective these really are compared to water alone but i definitely drink more when these are involved

I used to get restless legs during the night and since taking these tablets i dont have it anymore so i think the electrolytes in the tablets must have addressed a mineral deficiency

I liked these because they dont make a nice tasting drink they are thirst quenching and dont make your hands sticky when your bottle leaks all over them during a long run

While the festive period was looming i was dreading the postprosecco hangover and was tempted by some of the newer hangover recovery brands but theyre wildly expensive

I am not entirely sure of any impact but they did dissolve easily and they taste ok
