Pros
When roasting prime rib roasts, i rub old fashioned grainy dijon mustard over the roast and sprinkle with thyme, the roast turns out crusty on the outside and is delicious. Adjusts perfectly to hold turkey breast for roasting for holiday meals.
Cons
It is now all rusted and useless. Nonstick coating peeled while cleaning after first use. Came out rusting already after one use.
