This is just like it is with pork but even better without all the fat. After brining recommend soaking 1 hour more than directions to reduce salt. Salt sugar and nitrite are measured to maintain the perfect ratios.
Great taste, how to create your own hardy bacon. Easy to use and good flavor. The instructions in the package are precise and easy to follow.

Bacon inedible due to saltiness. First order got lost and still isn't accounted for. It's bacon sesoning not bacon.
