Yes, it is a bit clumpy when you open it. Don't let that stop you. If you want to actually know what you're taking, Hi-Dosis. Do you want exactly what you need for your workout? Hi-Dosis. No jitters,don't expect some like high voltage feeling, but my experience was like a runner's high before I ever even ran during my workout. And I just kept going. It's like drinking a warhead. Which I kinda dig, so please don't change that.Honestly, it's the first pre-workout I've taken that I feel confident in the product.It's worth the cost. Gives you a great pump and is definitely better than all other pre-works that do not use aspartame or Sucralose. I would compare the pump to one you would get from jack3d. The taste was similar to crystal light lemonade. After the workout it doesn't leave any jitters but it leaves you feeling good. I would definitely recommend for anybody that is serious about working out. I will be using this product for a long time!  Read Less
